As the wind blows, the pieces of coloured porcelain clang against each other in rhythm.
The artwork is done by Angie Seah and is about things that descend to form a pattern of rhythm and movement.
It would be interesting to turn this into a community project - where residents can add their own pieces of work to form a joint effort. Now, who said art and community bonding does not go together?
